US DOMESTIC SHIPPING
At Keren’s Natural Art LLC, we work to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible, which in most cases means your package will go out within 2-3 business days.
We ship out of Beech Island, South Carolina. We offer free shipping on orders, on less the order exceeds weight exceptions, (amount may vary at checkout)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International customers are responsible for duties, taxes and tariffs that are imposed on imported goods. This is unfortunately something we have no control over, though we do our best to mitigate these fees on our end where possible.
RETURNS
30 DAYS TO RETURN
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you have any issue with a product or art piece, please let us know immediately so that we can make it right. While we do pack things very carefully and to the best of our ability, we unfortunately, cannot control how the delivery services handle packages, and very rarely there will be issues. So once again, if you have any issues with your order whatsoever, please email us and we will resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kerensnaturalartllc@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach your destination may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
